EastEssence accepts returns on non-customized, unworn, unwashed products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Customized items and final sale products are non-returnable.

3. Can I exchange my order for a different size?
Yes, exchanges for different sizes are accepted on eligible products. Please mention the required size when you initiate the return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
4. How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 1 to 4 weeks for processing. Refunds or exchanges are issued after inspection of the returned product.
5. Will I get a full refund on my return?
You will receive a refund for the product price excluding original shipping charges. Customized items, sale products, and items without proper return authorization are non-refundable.

No, customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are specially made based on your specifications.
7. Who pays for return shipping?
If the return service is purchased while placing the order the pre paid label will be provided after creating return, else If the customer purchased the return service at the time of purchase, we will provide a free return shipping label.

9. Is there a restocking fee for returns?
A 25% restocking fee is charged on cancelling or modification in the product after 24 hours of ordering.
