I am delighted with this beautiful abaya! Which I ordered in the color "serenity" for a special event in honor of Tāhirah. It arrived in perfect timing.

The design is really nice and fits well. The only thing I think they should change is that the buttons go down the middle, but there is no stitch going all the way down the middle to support leading to gaps between the buttons - an undershirt would definitely need to be worn underneath if being worn outside the home. At the end of the buttons, there are about 5 inches of the fabric that doesn't touch on either side - unstitched, and it looks unfinished due to that. Also, it would be more beneficial to have a full elastic waist on the trousers as I found the shirt fit really well but when I zipped up the zipper all the way it was too tight, so I have to leave the zip zipped up to the last inch or so for comfort. Other than those things I really like the salwar kameez and would still purchase it again as I like the design and it's reasonably priced compared to other sites.

My first time ordering here, first time ordering this type of dress but this website is one of the only affordable modest apparel selling sites, I'm ordering from the US and all I can say is why didn't I buy one in every color. The material is pretty heavy good quality none of that amazon garbage. If you measure yourself according to their size chart you will get a perfect measure order. Love love love

Bought this specifically to accommodate Australian summers and no fuss abaya/dress and this is IT!Verdict: I love it!- I prefer A-style/straight abayas with that minimalist look and this one ticks almost all the boxes except you will need to wear either a slip or pantaloons or black tights underneath as you can see shadow of your legs when you're just posing under your lemon tree in the backyard in the bright sun. Purchased 2 one in olive and one in black/size XL/length 52 (was tossing between 52 and 54 as I'm quite short and based on experience sometimes length 54 still requires me to hop it to my trusty seamstress to get the hems shorten)

I now own 10 of these dresses in a range of colors. This dress, is my go to "signature" summertime garment. I just love the feminine, modest silhouette. They can be dressed up with pointy toed shoes or worn casually with your choice of sneaks. My favorites are those made of cotton poplin. (The maker recently switched to what feels like twill and which is not my personal preference.) The poplin version, if too thin for one's taste, can simply be worn with a long opaque slip underneath (something i do as a standard practice anyway). The point i'm making is that the heavier cotton has, somewhat, changed the whole flow of the dress while also making it less comfortable for warm weather. So, i'm rating this item 5 stars because of the original COTTON POPLIN. The oldest of mine (about 8 years) have held up incredibly well considering they are regularly machine washed in an upright and dried. None of them has holes or threadbare spots just a nice patina-ish look from loss of dye in the laundry. Oh, and the poplin dresses have lost none of their length while the twill ones seem to be shrinking.

What a beautiful skirt. It just arrived, very quick shipping. The costumer service is also amazing, they supported me in very quick and professional manner. I love this skirt already sososo much. It has the exact right length, and is very comfortable. Side pockets and fun detail 2 cargo pockets. It can be dressed up and I can wear it every day. I think, I can wear something under to wear it in Canadian Winter as well. I wish I could get the same skirt in dark green.

No joke I literally feel like I'm wearing a blanket I wasn't expecting it to be this soft and comfortable Allahuma Barek üò≠ this is the perfect abaya for winter time- its so warm and comfy, it has a oversize feel to it, and it has nice pockets! I would recommend getting a size smaller than what u would usually get if u don't want it to look oversized. I absolutely love this and so happy about it alhamdulillah

I absolutely love this set. It is lightweight and perfect for hot Texas summers. The material is smooth and comfortable. The length of the top is perfect. I want to get multiples of these. The size was just right. I'm 5'7" and around 175 lbs and the Large fits perfectly.

Made very sturdy with heavy fabric. I assume this dress would be great for winter/cold months! True to size because I wear 4x and the custom length is great also! Would recommend this if you want a very nice dress!

Out of all the abayas I've ever bought off east essence, I have to admit this one is my favorite one. Its SO PRETTY, although its white its not see through at all. Super comfortable, breathable, and it has pockets. The model in the picture tied it in the front, but personally I tied it from the back to accentuate my waist just a little bit. I love this abaya so much, I wish it came in different patterns or colors.

I ordered this shirt in black, and in white. I like everything about it, so I ordered it in another color, (camel) The color I received was not the color shown for camel on the color chart. Mine is a yellowish mustard color, like the color of the stars when you rate something. I guess you could call that color "camel". I thought it was going to be more "tan", or "light beige", like the color chart. I know it's not my computer, because I also viewed it on my cell phone, and the color is the same on both. Which is the color that I was expecting to get. It would be nice if I could submit a picture of the color I received. That is my only complaint.

I’ve received a thousand compliments over this. I bought this in 2020 and it still holds up till today in 2022 after many wears. The only thing is when it came it had a weird chemical smell but nothing a wash couldn’t solve. All in all, if you’re looking at this, get it!

This is definitely: A premium fabric, with a rich feel & texture and is flowy, opaque and with a great fall.

I requested for this to be shortened and ordered the denim color. It’s beautiful & loose with a pregnant belly. I’d definitely recommend it. I’m sure it’ll still fit beautifully even after I no longer have a baby belly.

I bought this hoodie a while ago and wore it on a weekend getaway with my sisters. The picture does not do it any justice. It is crafted of the best material and the hoodie itself is lined to help keep your head cool. The length is perfect, the pockets give it that extra step up from your regular hoodie. I would definitely buy again if this were in different colors.

This was the most beautiful velvet shawl I have bought online. Sometimes it’s hard to tell from the picture how the product will be when it reaches your hands. But I was very pleasantly surprised by the Aari work, which was so neat and color was really beautiful. I got it in Purple.

I really like the salwar kameez. The only thing I didn't like was that the pants have a side zip up which. My recommendation would be to remove the zipper and just have it as a fully elastic waist.

these abayas are amazing..they are so soft and you can wear them in all types of weather..i ordered every color they had

The rayon fabric is exactly as expected, soft linen/cotton feel. I was shocked that it was too long, dragging the floor by several inches so I decided to wash it and sure enough it shrunk to the perfect size. This fabric has some shrinkage but they accounted for that already. I washed it alone just in case the color bleed. Embroidery colors were not the same as the photo online. I got yellow and red flowers instead of the purple and blue shown. It's still a nice look for the dress and mostly I wanted the green so I'm not too disappointed with the switch. I'm surprised this fabric came out of the dryer unwrinkled and needs very little ironing. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Asalamulaikum I really was satisfied with the skirt I ordered the color is a festival fusion and it's a bit bright for me but I like it anyway I love how it's long and very flowing this my 2nd skirt I got the 1st one is the Zara blue which I absolutely love the rayon material very long and very flowing I ordered a small but I should had got the Xsmall but it's to fits.I will definitely be ordering a couple more different colors.

This abaya is my favorite. The material is great and it is really nice on hot days. This rayon fabric rocks. I want more of them even though I ordered a 62 paid the extra and it still shrunk. I'm tall so next time I'm getting a 64. I will probably get couple of white ones too.

I live in hot weather city so the material is cool and lightweight. I wish Eastessence has this more simple style dress with rayon material. It’s very easy to wear it everyday compare the embroidery dress.

Really well made dress! The cotton jersey material is very comfortable. It's great in the summer or the winter. The hidden zipper is well placed and a nice touch on this dress.

This is one of my most favorite tunic sets that I have purchased. It is extremely lightweight and the style is extremely unique which is why I like it. Also, it is easy to wash and iron as well. If you have any second guesses about this tunic, I encourage you to get this one.

First I would like to say they hooked me up with shipping. It took two weeks from the day I ordered. (Didn’t think they would make it in time) So big thank you!!!!!! Now to the pants. I’m Wearing them as I type this. The fabric is smooth and they are light weight. I look forward to testing these out on hot summer days. My only complaint but isn’t a complaint is that I ordered a large(I’m 5in 10cm/11cm) and the legs are just a little long. Nothing a quick hem up can’t fix but so far I enjoy these!!!!

The best abaya/dress I ever purchased! The fabric is lovely, and it has a bottom layer (lining) that makes it not transparent and feels expensive. The bottle green color is to live for! Customer service was great as well.

Salaam! I bought 4 of these abayas at the beginning of this school year-I am a preschool teacher and I come home covered in glue, glitter and paint! These are so comfortable and durable. I wash them in the washer a couple times a week and they still look like new! And the pockets are amazing!!!!! I can almost fit my students in them lol! Best clothes I own!

Received this abaya recently and love it it fits perfectly I love that it oversized and conceals my body shape well and I love that it has a collar I love to tuck in the back of my hijab and an abaya with collar makes sure it stays tucked in I just wish it came in more colors

I have just started just saying as modest as I can so far I am loving eastessence and the clothes they sell. The products are wonderful to wear comfortable and 100% Fabrics. They do not shrink or anything when I wash and these shirts are my favorite so far. I have bought one in every color almost I think I have a few left to buy. If you're looking to start dressing more modestly, the shirts are good to go with and I love the pocketsüíôüíô

This Abaya is VERY warm, nice quality. The only issue is. The picture shows black drawstrings, and my Abaya has grey drawstrings.

I really love this hoodie! I feel like it fit my petite yet XL size. You can easily wear clothes underneath and not have it look bulky. This is most appropriate for warmer months as it is a bit thin.

This dress is so beautiful! It put a smile on my face when I first put it on. It's comfortable, flowy, elegant, and it has pockets! It's a little see-through, but it does have a light lining. The belt wasn't really long enough to tie nicely around my waist (it need another inch or 2 to work for the 2x size). I decided just to keep it off, and it still looks great without it.

I bought the Zara Blue version of this dress. It's such a beautiful color blue! This dress is one of the most flattering dresses (or even pieces of clothing) I've ever bought! My 8 year old daughter even said it makes it look like I don't have a stomach (thanks dear lol). It's very comfortable, and it has pockets! I'm seriously considering buying this dress in a few more colors.

I took a chance and bought 3 of these while on sale almost 6 months ago. I am so with my purchase, I thought I should comment. They are nice and long, well made, and comfortable to wear. I was worried about the waist zipper with this type of fabric, but was pleased to find the waist double layered and a sturdy zipper. The fabric is a bit heavy for very hot weather, but still comfortable most summer days. I have washed and warn them many times and they are still in great condition.

I customized both the length and sleeves of this dress to be longer, and it fit perfectly and is made well. I get compliments on this dress everywhere I go, the skirt swings beautifully and it has POCKETS which are deep and functional. The only thing to be aware of is the fabric is a little thin so the dress is a bit transparent, can easily be fixed with a layer under, and because the fabric is so thin it still keeps you cool. Highly recommend, I think this dress is a great value.

Durable and comfortable. Very practical for everyday wear. Simple but cute. Love that it has pockets. Material is very nice, durable, quality. Mine did shrink a little in the dryer, I can't recall if I wasn't supposed to dry it that way, but it does machine wash and dry just fine, but may want to size up if you plan to. I bought it two years ago and have since passed it on to my daughter who now loves it as much as I did. Great quality.

This abaya is worth a million bucks! It sure feels like it when you have it on! It is the most comfortable item in my whole wardrobe and can be worn casually or for fancier occasions as it truly looks absolutely stunning! It is such a good quality fabric, feels double lined, and heavy (but not heavy feeling while you are wearing it). You can just tell it is very decent fabric and design. It has pockets!!!!!

I love this slip, it is very comfy and warm! I also wear it as pajamas sometimes. It's cute and very practical. I feel like I should have sized up on this though, it's tighter than most of my other items from EE in the same size. Thrilled to have this with winter around the corner because it will be a great under-dress layer!

LOVE the Raglan sleeves on this super cute abaya! It is extremely lightweight, dries very quickly, and is just perfect for spring and summer months. I know it will also be great in the winter with some layering. Very comfortable and probably my second favorite abaya in my closet!

This shrug is just gorgeous and it is so comfortable! I haven't worn it yet because I purchased in early summer and I do find it too hot for this time of year. I really, really look forward to wearing this very often come winter time!

I wish I ordered 5 pairs instead of just 1! I LOVE these modest leggings! Not too tight but not too loose, they are comfortable and perfect to wear beneath for warmth or added modesty. High waisted.

Love this simple abaya for everyday wear. It is so comfortable, really feels like you are wearing a tee-shirt! Can be dressed up a little with a bisht or shrug.

This abaya is just lovely! Very lightweight and comfortable. Perfect for warmer months, and will be great in colder months with a thicker slip. I was very pleasantly surprised that this arrived with a slip to wear beneath. I don't love the scarf quite as much, it is a bit too large/making it a bit uncomfortable to wear honestly, and for a scarf, the material is very slippery.

I'm a size small men and Mashallah as soon as I threw it on it fit like a glove with no complaints whatsoever it wasn't very baggy, designs are very nice. Thobe length is good and doesn't hit the floor as a short individual (5,'3), sits at my ankles, and allows me to walk without my shoes hitting my thobe. Wouldnt hesitate to buy another of the same size. I recommend it fully!

I've had this skirt for over 5 years maybe. It's great for summer. It is flowy and cute and very functional. I enjoy wearing it for casual occasions and its perfect. I even got a second one in white just because I like the navy one so much. The navy is still my everyday go to skirt for the summer. Its very durable and I never had any problems for the majority of the time wearing it. The zipper broke after 5 years but I just replaced it and I'm still wearing it every summer.

This is a beautiful shrug that’s classy, elegant and well made. I Love the flow of the fabric when I walk, and the sequins gives it an extra touch of flash! I would recommend this exquisite shrug to anyone.

You really can wear this everyday! I absolutely love this abaya. Obviously the coverage is from shoulders to toes. The way this abaya falls is beautiful, I feel amazing wearing it. There is more than enough room for movement and praying or just playing with your children outside. The fabric is not transparent but is breathable, the pleats in the front hide everything from your chest - down. This would be a good abaya for pregnancies as it would most likely fit the whole way through. Casual and business attire. I have this abaya in 6 different colours and just ordered another. Depending on the hijab coverage and the weather I can comfortably wear a solid sports shirt to cover the exposed area at the neck line. You won’t be disappointed with this abaya. Most of these abayas don’t have enough fabric on the sleeves to pull them up to make wudhu comfortably but you can manage. 👍👍

I have been buying this tunic in different colours since my friend gave me a shirt similar to it. I absolutely love this shirt. It can be casual and is also business appropriate. The coverage is phenomenal for a modest look, if you have trouble areas or if you are pregnant. The fabric endures my activities well. I have other shirts but this is my favourite! I have 5 different colours of the same shirt and doubles of two. In my experience it is best to hang dry the shirt and keep it away from grease, although you can spot wash when it happens. I 100% suggest buying this shirt. üëçüëç

I love this abaya. I just received this abaya in the mail today and can honestly say there are no regrets. The fabric is nice and it fits great. I am 5’4” so I ordered a 56 inch length dress, and it fits me nicely. I also love how the dress flows. I would definitely recommend this abaya to others.

I ordered this dress a couple years aback and its still as gorgeous as when i first bought it. I bought it in medium and it fits me just right, not close on my hips. I got it in size 56 but im more of a size 55 so when i do wear it i get alot of extra drag of the outer layer. The inner piece fits my height perfectly (my exact height no dragging at all) so i hold up the outer layer a little (i do not wear heels so im guessing if heels is worn with the dress there would be no problem). But its such a beautiful dress, very classy. One of my favourite orders

this garment is very pretty good quality but a bit too roomy and long for me. I am 5'2, 115 pounds and the small was a bit big and long. I'm going to re order it and get a size xs and 52 inches.

It has a very 'modern utilitarian' look to it, perfect for everyday things like errands and such. I ordered this Burkini and I’m extremely Happy with my order. I followed the chart for sizing And my measurements came to a size Large, the size chart is true to the measurements. The only thing is the hijab was a little tight underneath my chin so I just loosened the stitching a little. I will recommend this site to all my friends !

Best and favorite abaya, I have more than 7 this same abaya (I know, I'm crazy about this abaya, always looks for Rayon material for an abaya), different color. Material is also very comfy for hot summer Texas but also great during spring fall and winter (all seasons), breathable, good absorption, but the stitching needs improvement, found so many loose stitches (not strong enough) after few wash in the washing machine and tumble dryer, ended up I need to fix it here and there. But still one of my favorites.

I like every thing about this thobe. Very different and beautiful denim fabric. I would do again with a smile. Lots of compliments. size fabric and style all are perfect.

Bought this kurti for my daughter. Fit her beautifully, however, is a bit see-though so I plan on letting her wear a undershirt under the blouse. Great price and nice material used. More for spring, summer though. Oh and fits true to size.

I ordered the green, it is a nice material, not see through. Poly Crepe fabric is not "clingy" but it is not stiff either so it does drape over curves. I recommend sizing up if you are curvy or busty.

This is nice material. Requires little to no ironing. I purchased a 2XL which was too big. I had to alter the sleeves and the length. I buy a lot of abayas from here in that size but this time I could have really purchased an XL.

I got this in grey and it is really nice. The quality is really good (although I'm not sure how it will be after washing it.) The only issue is that it is not on the same size as East Essence abayas so beware of that and make sure you check the size out before hand (it runs small).

I LOVE this skirt! It is definitely the prettiest thing I own. East Essence has done an amazing job! I used to purchase things from their website a couple of years ago, and didn't like their clothes mostly because their style was a little "old school." However, they have done a great job staying with the fashion trends of the year. I got the purple skirt, and it was pretty true to the color shown on the website, except that it was so much brighter. A true royal purple. LOVE this skirt! I will definitely purchase again!

Soft and reliable

These are the first pair of pants I've had since losing weight and I LOVE them. They're the most comfortable pants I've ever tried on. The white is so pretty, but I love my black ones too. They're so comfortable that I would wear them to the hospital for an abdominal procedure. I have endometriosis, so I have a lot of sonograms and surgical procedures. These pants will be so great for those things. They hold you firmly, but it doesn't feel like they're going to rip out stitches or push tender areas too hard. I can't find any fault with them.

I love this abaya. The material is great for Houston weather, you need a sleeveless thin liner underneath. It’s very comfy for just simple casual everyday wear. I’m going to order a size up because I want a little more room. I ordered a large, but I have a curvy butt and size DD bra size, so I will get an XL just for a little more room.Love this comfy abaya!!! Please make more color selections with the thin stripes.

I recently purchased this abaya about 2 weeks ago. It is perfect. The fabric is very smooth and easy to clean. The dress has pockets, which are so useful. I would recommend going down one size than you normally would; the dress is very flowy and fits bigger than I thought, but nevertheless, it is perfect! I ordered three more today!

The only thing I'd advise other buyers of is that the material is a bit thick compared to typical abayas but it shouldn't prevent you from buying! I received this beautiful abaya today, it was well packed and the courier service was excellent,on their first attempt to deliver the package I wasn't home so the left me a note and re-attempted the next day.I ordered a size L , for a comfortable loose fit I normally wear size 10-14 , this abaya is somewhat loose, i think a medium would have been a better fit.I'm very happy with this purchase, good material,medium weight, love the pockets!! :)

A great basic abaya... especially if you are new to wearing them. I really like the pockets for when it's windy or cold outside or to feel more 'casual' wearing it. The pleating gives it a slight touch of style to make it less basic. Great value. Shipping was expedited and arrived quickly!

Great abaya I order a small im usually a medium but after reading the reviews eecided or a size down but wish I'd stuck to my normal size as its better for it to be higger rather than smaller as then u have the option to alter it if required. However still love this will be ordering sum more insha'Allah. Love the pockets :)

I placed my order and as I am quite tall I wasn't expecting my abaya to be as wonderful as it is. The pleats can hide a tummy, the fabric is soft and if you are big busted I would go a size up or more because of the line on this abaya, the length is brilliant. (trying to find something that covers the feet and drags like prescribed in the sunnah can be hard). I love it and I am looking now to order another abaya. When this company give you a date for delivery you can depend on it. Fantastyic service with a fantasic product.

This is a great everyday abayah. The material quality is very decent considering the price is cheap. Also, the workmanship is well-done; there were no stray threads and the fit is perfect. It is very lightweight, which makes it great for summer or if you have to wear a jacket over it in the winter. I plan to purchase again in the future, in sha Allah, especially while they have new colors.

Just received this abaya in the mail and love it!! I really had to convince myself to buy this one because some of the reviews said it doesn't fit well in the chest area if you are a cup size C or above, but that's not the case at all. Honestly, I think it's just a matter of making sure you are wearing a bra that lifts you properly. Want one in every color!

I bought mine in a sand colour, but the colour didn't turn out the same; but I do love this colour! :)I bought mine in size 'M' and I'm usually a size 10-12 in Australia and it turned out to be really huge because of the cutting. So I'd recommend to buy a size smaller! :)Overall beautiful quality and FAST shipping. I had mine altered and it only too about 1.5-2 weeks to arrive :D

Very pretty abayaFirst time order and I'm impressed. The only problem would be length. I'm 5'3 1/2 so I got a standard 5'4 but it's literally 4 inches too long. Im a jeans size 2 so I got a small which is perfect. It's loose enough but I'm not swimming in it. I ordered another color that is now 5'2 so I will update this review with the new size

This abaya is perfect especially the blue colour. I have seen it in the other colours but it seems it have shine. The blue is great no shine and the style is comfortable for every day and it looks great especially in the summer.

I LOVE this Abaya! You can dress it up or down and its very comfy! The pockets are great, fashionable, and the pleats are cute. Light-weight, easy to wash, and the color is vibrant. I ordered this abaya in green like on the model and get constant compliments. Sizing guidelines are true to the product. I'm a size 12 US, 36D and the M fit just right.

Day in and day out this is probably my favourite abaya. I just got one in the colour Sea Fog and I absolutely love it! The colour is beautiful, has depth, and is not harsh or garish. The abaya does fit a bit loose due to the pleats (which I like) but I would caution ladies who are busty to not size down, the top section can be problematic. Once I found the right size all was good. A great abaya at a great price!

Simply the best deal East Essence has. It is so comfortable and light weight, you can easily wear it in 40 degrees Celcius and be glad it is covering your skin. It is not see through at all, and falls nicely since it is cinched slightly in a high waist. The top part doesn't necessarily go below the breast if you're top heavy, but it still looks nice and hides that nicely. The pockets are fantastic. I've noticed some of the models I ordered are wide enough in the sleeves for wudu, others are not. It's very easy to wash and dries quickly too. It doesn't crease and is perfect for everyday wear. Order them in all colours! Seriously the best abaya out there.

I absolutely love this abaya! It's comfortable to wear and very flattering. I like the adjustable drawstring on the empire waist because I can give the garment a little contour without accentuating that which should remain unseen. I feel stylish yet modest when I wear this abaya! Love the grey color! The fabric is a less expensive one, but it falls nicely and doesn't cling to my clothes underneath. Can't beat the price! I highly recommend!

I ordered the sweaters in plain colors. I like them a lot: the material is nice, the stitching is awesome, and the hood is GREAT! Order one or two sizes up from your usual eastessence sizes for modesty. I usually get an "XS", but got a "S" for the sweaters, and the sweaters are still a bit snug.

I love these abayas they are extremely comfortable and very versatile. I love the colors and I like styling them with a cute cardigan or flannel.

I really Like the dress , the only thing i do not Like is the pendant . A lot of other reviews say that the dress is fitted so they would recommend going a size up , but I typically wear a medium and a medium was quite big for me so next time I will know to order a small. The material is very comfortable as well.

I swim four times a week and I find this swimsuit is excellent. It washes well, remains true to size, fits comfortably and modestly. It's a great swimsuit for serious swimming for fitness.

Very neat, crisp chambray. I always get compliments when I wear this tunic. It is heavier fabric that stays neat all day. It seems to run a bit smaller than other. The photo does not show the high quality. It is a classic.

I got this shirt in blue and loved it! The quality is so great and does not wrinkle all day. I then bought it in the grey and the material is different. The grey is thinner and wrinkles easily, and the grey one ran smaller that the blue. But I still love it.

It is a nice abaya and it is true it is slightly form fitting I have noticed the flower on the pic is just slightly different on the black one in person but I like it better than what I was expecting from the pic also it is more secure on the garment than I thought from the pic

This is a great Abaya. I live in Texas and its hot here so the materia of this Abaya can be a problem. However the style is great! I ordered it in black and the flower is a little different and small so I don't mind because I didn't want the flower anyways LOL. Also, ORDER A SIZE UP. Otherwise it will be too tight! I'll order again with a bigger size next time.if you orderthe regular size then its hard to wear anything inside the Abaya.

I ordered this abaya a long time ago and it is still my favourite item of clothing. The brown is beautiful even though I never really buy brown. Even though I ordered mine too short by accident, I don't even care because it is so comfortable and effortlessly beautiful. No need for accessories to dress it up. Simple hijab and you're ready to go. Definitely a must have!

Assalmu ALaykum Sisters, this is a Comfortable fabric. It is light enough to wear over clothing even sweaters, yet it is thick and long enough to cover the awrah! Nice long length and very easy to assemble. I personally prefer the front button jilbabs and abayas like this one as it is very quick to assemble for Salat and for leaving the home. A must have for every Muslimah and Sisters of Faith! I purchased the black jilbab it is not pictured on the site but it is black with white buttons. I am very happy with my purchase. MashAllah!

I recommend a slip under this as it will be see-through. The pockets make this Abaya even more useful for every day wear. I have nothing bad to say about this Abaya I love it so much. This is great...just what I was looking for, a casual but longer length denim jacket/manteau, looks great with a long skirt or wide legged pants and the cut is very modest. The denim has a bit of stretch to it, I did order 1 size larger as I always do as I like a very modest cut. Looks good open as a jacket as well. Quite durable, mashAllah

I debated so much about if I should buy this one but I'm so glad I did. The picture does not do it justice. It looks much more flattering than it shows here. Very comfortable, great feel to the fabric, sleeves are easy to raise for wudu, it has pockets which is a rare treat, and it's quite versatile with the half zip feature so you can layer it. Looks good with leggings, but also nice with jeans or any other pant style. I got the black.

The photo does not do this justice. it is SO PRETTY in turquoise!!!! the collar is lovely and it's comfortable. the size is true to fit. the only downside is, it wrinkles a bit easier than most other tops but it is a blouse so this is typical. reminds me of salwar/kameez really. embroidery is pretty, well made.

I love the material of this abaya. Its high quality and has a beautiful sheen to it. I got mine in maroon and I love the colour. Extremely comfortable and graceful. I got mine custom made (5'10" and small) and it fit my perfectly in terms of the sleeves and general length and width.

This is hands down one of my favorites. I purchased it in 5 different colors. I have never left a review before now but I have to give it up for this one. It is one of thee most comfortable garments I own. I wish they came in many more colors. I really cant say enough about how great this abaya is. Its a must have staple in my collection.

My husband loves this shirt, fits well and the white looks very nice. For reference, he's 6'4" 230 lbs, athletic build. 3XL fits perfect but tight on the neck so he has to leave collar unbuttoned.

I have the kurti in black and it is very pretty! Diamonds on the shoulder and the side embroidery. Sometimes I wear it as shown or with a wide waist belt. The neck is more lose, like a slight cowl neck.It looks beautiful with a pair of black pants or long a-line skirt.

I bought this tunic 3 or 4 years ago. I still have it and is still in a good condition except some of the rhinestones fell (well obviously from washing).The material is really good, it wont stick to your pants or wont be bothering you. Is very good for summer weather. I just love it!

Subhanallah, tabarakallah these are beautiful. Covers beautifully! I have 6-7 of them in black, navy, halaya purple, bambino blue, green, strawberry and maroon. Everyone compliments the style and deep pockets! They are also very durable and easy to clean. The only con I would give this is the fabric, I wish they had varying fabrics in this style. I wear an L-XL in American sizes and xl in this dress fits me just fine.

This is a very nice top. It didn't quite fit my body type as well as I'd hoped (I'm short and thick), but otherwise, it's quite pretty and I like the color a lot. (Purple and white). I would definitely recommend it to others.

I bought this dress in grey and purple it is way better in person it is a little shiny and it does cling a bit around the backside but nothing a slip cant fix and its roomy in the front i loved the pockets the material is very durable but it still breaths you will not regret this purchase i wish i was able to upload pictures but i paired this dress with a denim jacket a long necklace some boots and a head wrap and i got so many compliments you can dress it up or down i will be ordering from them again. the only con i had was the delivery time it took almost four weeks to get to me but there customer services representative was very polite and got me taken care of and i was very pleased with the product

The best Abaya ever. Comfy. Durable. True to its size. Works great for windy weather as well for hottt weather. I recently visited my parents country the Dominican Republic and as some of u may know it is extremely hot over there and this Abaya kept me cool. PERFECT!! I am a size 4X and quite tall so it is very difficult to find a garment that looks decent on my plus size frame. This abaya falls so elegant and drapes so beautifully and I feel like a million bucks! Because it drapes so well it helps elongate my shape and takes the emphasis off of my hips and chest. I bought grey, pink, turquois and they are very nice. Yes, it will show every thing, even nips if you don't have a vest or thin jacket on the top area. Well made and perfect length. The shoulder seams are a little past the shoulders, other than that, I think it was a good buy. I think it is more velvety than shine. Feels good on.

I have been a customer of EE for a few years now. I'm never disappointed. And this abaya is my absolute hands down favorite, I'd love to order every color. I received my tunic yesterday, and I am wearing it today. Ma'shallah, Ma'shallah. It is so much nicer than expected. It doesn't cling, it is modest, and is cool. Was 85 this morning. It will be perfect with wide leg pants or long skirt. I plan on ordering one in most colors for the summer and if they make this in kashibo for winter will be ordering that as well.

I bought this for the last Eid. When I wore it I felt like a princess. Its very thin material, so you may need a slip to wear under it, otherwise quite beautiful. The gold is not very gold more antique gold. Nice!

Love this abaya! It's so pretty and I get complimented on it all the time. Two problems to be aware of. First, the sleeves are tight, cannot be pushed up and are itchy on the inside. I was able to fix this by placing tape running down the stitching. Second, the dress isn't tight but it does stick to you, so I would recommend sizing up.

This abaya is quite lovely. The fit is perfect. The gold cuffs are more beautifl than the picture represents which really gives this simple abaya elegance. I like the fact that the cuffs are slightly stiff as they will not pull upward. I highly recommend this garment for special occasions/events. Excellent value for the price.

I got this dress yesterday. I am 5'2" and I ordered the L with the length adjusted to 5'4". It is just as seen in the picture. If you normally wear a medium, and you are curvy, I advise you to take Large and not Medium. I got the hood unlike some of the other reviewers. It is connected to the dress itself. Fits well, and is extremely lightweight. Wished they can make this is a cotton fabric cause I will definitely buy it. A great buy for anyone wanting a different style abaya.

I ordered this and I didn't get it at first, I called customer service and they fixed it right away. It was here within two days. I love everything I get from this site, this scarf is beautiful. I will be ordering more :)

Of all of my abayas, this one is my hands-down favourite. The cotton feels great, it looks wonderful, the sleeves push up perfectly, the pockets rock and the Peter Pan look is retro-50's fabulous! I got it in grey in a plus size and it's a perfect fit, both roomy and slimming with it's clean lines. I plan to buy anything similar to this that I find.

Love it! The sporty look is my favorite. The super lite fabric is so easy to wear when its hot or to layer. True that it is very thin but I ordered a sleeveless lining in taupe and it matched very well underneath.

I absolutely love this hijab! It's so comfortable and easy to put on. Also, since I have kids I'm always afraid to prick them with a pin from my hijab when I pick them up (which has unfortunately happened before), but with this hijab I don't have to worry about that! As a mother, I love how quickly I can put this on when I'm rushing to leave the house and my kids are becoming restless. Assalamu Alaikum, I purchased this tunic in neon blue a couple of months ago. It's a nice modest Tunic true to size. I placed a placed a second order for more Tunics and my order got lost. I contacted customer service and didn't even get a apology for not receiving my order. I was informed that I put int the wrong address to ship to. I explained to customer service that my credit card would not have processed the charges on the wrong address. Never once did customer service state that they could have made a mistake. My last 2 orders were shipped to the wrong address twice. I like the products at East Essence but their customer service is not good. Buyer beware!Assalamu Alaikum

This abaya is beautiful mashaAllah. Great quality fabric. It's cotton, but very soft and not as wrinkle-prone as regular cotton which is stiffer. More of a viscose feel. The only downside was that there is a belt, and this was not written in the description. I personally don't like belts on my jilbabs, so I sat down for a few minutes and removed it after seeing this- now you can't even tell it was there. If you do like belts, then enjoy. :) It's a great garment. This dress does have a trench-style look, as stated in the description.

Very nice abaya. This abaya hides the body curves very well and still looks very fashionable. The belt was short in length and made the abaya too tight when I tied it up. So, I removed the belt as one sister suggested and still looks great and very modest.

Ordered this in white for Hajj. Good quality cotton with pockets, very practical. As with other cotton, and especially since it is white, it is very recommended to wear something underneath the abaya as it is slightly see-through (I was planning to wear a t-shirt and trousers underneath anyway for Hajj). I am 5'5' but had the abaya shortened to 5'4. Fits nicely!

Great thobe. I'm 5 foot 11, took the Medium and the standard size. If you're like me I suggest going with 58inch. Other than that amazing thobe.

This is a lovely abaya. Although this is in the basic kashibo fabric, the golden zip detail does give it more of a dressy look.

I'm a solid 57" in abayas...which is a problem since they come in 56 or 58. Based on the reviews and the fabric, I ordered this in 58" L . It was perfect. This abaya is not clingy, but it will create static. This is my first order in 5 years bc I just wasn't satisfied with material and sizing. Alhamdulillah all 5 pieces I bought in this order are PERFECT. EE has come a long way in their materials. I'm a pear shape and wear size 12 jeans. This fit very well in Larlarge it is generously cut but does not make you look boxy.

Very comfortable pants. I have worn these for a year now and I'm still amazed at how comfortable they are. As someone else mentioned, these are particularly comfortable for those who have big hips. The lining allows the fabric not to cling too much so it stays straight. I hope East Essence will consider making this in different colors and more work-appropriate pants as well (maybe something with a single-line pleat?).

This is beautiful abaya. Not too keen on the velcro and white thread designs. EE should offer this in snap buttons and in solid color.

I love that this abaya has an open front. I can sit so easily in it. Also the material is very easy to wash. Its not as delicate as most expensive abayas but this makes the wear and care very simple.

I got it in gray and black, and it's very pretty. The fabric is lightweight, flowy and comfortable. It doesn't cling or stick, and it's slimming while being modest. Might be back for another color.

I bought this in purple. Another must have in your closet. I usually buy all XL cloths from here. This is pretty over sized in a good way but I am 5'2 so the XL I got does swallow me up a bit but it is beyond cozy and breathable!

Though the dress is for pregnant women, I wear it when I am not pregnant, and looks just fine: loose, comfortable, and flowy. I have this in three colors.

I LOOOOVVVEE this! you can dress it up or dress down. It does fit snug on waist as previous reviewer stated, so if you have big waist proportion wise, I would size up. I am 5'3" and order the 54" and I can still wear flats with it without dragging on the ground. There was a dark grey version in a better material on the site before, I wish they would bring it back. But overall, this is a great item for the price. And I think the v-neck and wrap style would flatter almost anyone. It is so classic, timeless, effortless, chic and comfortable. I only wish they carried it other fabrics too. I am ordering a few more for sure!

These trousers are very comfy and I'm pleased to say that they aren't transparent, not to me anyway!

This is a great abaya. Very comfortable. I bought the grey and black and was so happy that I bought 2 other colors. Very nice for warm weather.

I really liked this item. I got both Navy and Black. The fabric is really nice (100% cotton, thick, and soft). I normally wear M, but ordered L after the reviews about shrinking.. It is a bit loose, but not huge. Would buy other colors when I need.

I love the deep pockets. The fabric is super. I bought 4 and gave one away so I am back for more. I love these even in the hot summer.

I received two of the blouses in black and dark grey. They are so beautifully made and gracefull. I love them.

This top is very comfortable. I have 5 of them. The arms are a little snug, but I didn't want to go up to the next size because the blouse is already full.

I was skeptical about purchasing this because I thought it would be heavy. I need it for the warm weather and Alhamdulillah it's very thin. It's not see through. It's light and I have no complaints. I wear niqab and it goes with my black niqab so I am happy with that. This dress is thin and should only be worn on warm or hot days. It's not heavy to wear in the cold weather. I am pleased with this purchase and will shop again In shaa Allah.

Mashaa'Allah Alhamdulillah this garment just came in the mail today and I love it. It is a great buy. Material is perfect, pockets are great I am very impressed. Inshaa'Allah if you live in US and order according to US sizing chart please go up two sizes. Mine fit good but they are not as loose as I want them to be, I am a size 7 in pants and I ordered a small (4-6) and a medium (8-10) and both are a little snug I should have gotten a large (12-14) which I would have never guessed. But Alhamdulillah its a very good over garment. Thank you EastEssence :)

I LOVE this abaya. Very comfortable and the fit is perfect. I am 5'6" and 116 lbs. I ordered the small and had it customized to 58 inches. It's perfect. I didn't think I'd like the pockets, but they're handy. For a basic abaya to wear every day, this is a must-have. Will be ordering more colors!

Assalam alaykumI have this abaya in 3 colours. I usually wear a L/XL but ordered a size up to 2XL for roominess because I am top heavy. Masha'allah, this abaya fits well and it being plain allows you to dress it up or down.

Love this mashAllah, very modest, layed it with a patterened or floral kimono and very modest elegant look.

By far one of my favorites from EE. Comfy, easy to care for. No need for undergarments, doesn't cling. I have it in black, gray and navy. I wish they would make more colors. Please make more colors ! I prefer this one over the Kashibo- because it doesn't show anything- it is double layered in the front- not heavy. I just love it.

Very happy with this, sizing is correct and the length is nice. Only thing I don't like is that the sleeves are a bit short but I find most things from eastessence have short sleeves.

Thicker material than I was expecting! Which isn't bad, I think it will last longer with washes than a thinner material. I'm 5'7 and about 145lbs and choose the Medium in the standard length of 56 inches and it fits perfectly. I usually customize the length to make it longer but I like the length at standard for this because I can wear this with jeans or tights and it sits at the perfect length so no customization needed. This is not skin tight, but it is fitted so I would size up if wanting a looser look! :-)

Got this on sale. would have bought it full price! So very happy with my buy. I got the grey one, looks classic. Great fabric, not too thick. Sleeves good length. The only 2 things I wish for this dress would be front opening for nursing mothers and button/zip at sleeves for wudhu. Otherwise would have been perfect! I am 5'5', 150lbs. Got this in M and 56' perfect length!

This abaya is feminine and flowy. The back tie makes it very cute. I have the green (more lime green as shown) and the black. Very pretty and high quality. I wish that I'd gotten the grey as well!
