01 · Prepare your request

Tell us about your ideal fit

  • The product: paste its page link or include the product name and SKU, plus your preferred color and size.
  • The change: describe the fit, garment length, sleeve length, or other detail you would like us to review.
  • Your measurements: include the relevant measurements and clearly label every value in inches or centimeters.
  • Your timing: tell us your delivery country and any event or required-by date.
  • An existing order: include your order number if you have already purchased.
02 · Check your measurements

A little detail makes a better fit

Start with our size & measuring guide. Share the measurements relevant to your request, such as chest/bust, waist, hips, shoulder, sleeve, or garment length.

  • Say whether each measurement is taken from your body or from a garment that fits well.
  • Use one unit throughout and double-check your numbers.
  • Describe your preferred fit: for example, relaxed through the body or more room at the sleeves.

Not sure what to measure? Describe what you need and ask for guidance. You can send your first inquiry before you have every measurement.

Already placed an order?

Include your order number and the item you want to change. Contact us as soon as possible. An existing order may already be in production, so changes need to be confirmed by our team.

You can email support@eastessence.com with your product link, request details, and any reference images. If you haven’t heard back after 2 business days, check your spam folder and follow up in the same email conversation when possible.
