Return process

It's easy to generate a return, but they never actually refund my money unless I follow up. They always seem to "forget" until I email them—something I’m about to do again because I still haven’t received my refund. Every time, I have to email first, then they ask for the tracking information, and only after that do they issue a refund. But even then, it's never processed the same way as my original payment—it’s always a store credit.
I don’t want store credit. I have no intention of shopping with them again. Their sizing is consistently off—everything is either too big or too small. Even when I pay extra for custom length, they still get it wrong. It's extremely frustrating.
