  • Un-tampered merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date of purchase.

  • All returned products must be in their original condition with all tags attached, unworn and unwashed.
  • Returns will be refunded in the manner in which the original purchase was made, within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item excluding any customizations, plus any applicable sales tax.
  • Original discount and promotions will not be reflected in the refund.
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • All the returned items will be processed at our US office.
  • The $100.00 Free Standard Shipping will be null and void if you decide to return and/or exchange and your purchase total falls below the free standard shipping limit.
  • Items in Outlet section are final sale - This means you cannot return or exchange
  • 5-7 % difference can be present in color size and embroidery

EastEssence accepts returns on non-customized, unworn, unwashed products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Customized items and final sale products are non-returnable.

Yes, exchanges for different sizes are accepted on eligible products. Please mention the required size when you initiate the return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

4. How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 30 business days for processing. Refunds or exchanges are issued after inspection of the returned product.

5. Will I get a full refund on my return?
You will receive a refund for the product price excluding original shipping charges. Customized items, sale products, and items without proper return authorization are non-refundable.

6. Can I return a customized product?
No, customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are specially made based on your specifications.

7. Who pays for return shipping?
If the customer purchased the return service at the time of purchase, we will provide a free return shipping label.

8. How can I check the status of my return?
You can check your return status by contacting support@eastessence.com or logging into your account to track return updates (if applicable).

9. Is there a restocking fee for returns?
A 25% restocking fee is charged for modifying or canceling an order after 24 hours of placement and before shipment.

10. What if I receive a defective product?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at support@eastessence.com within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
