The garment was of good quality: sewing, material, and style. According to prior comments I did order a larger size than indicated on the size chart and it turned out to be the right choice. The collar size for the 3X was 17 inches which is perfect for me. I will have to adjust the sleeve and hem length to my 5'4" height.
